TK-12 Overview
Welcome to WRiTE BRAiN WORLD.WRiTE BRAiN® is a California-based, nationally recognized supplemental literacy solution that increases literacy by developing and improving writing proficiencies, deepening reading comprehension, accelerating language acquisition, and igniting stories and creative self-expression in students of ALL AGES, LEARNING STYLES, and LEARNING LEVELS.
- Our programs are standards-aligned and disguise the learning students too often find threatening and overwhelming.
- WRiTE BRAiN builds foundational writing skills and empowers students to communicate their imaginative ideas, stories, and share original plot lines and their own varying perspectives.
- WRiTE BRAiN turns disinterested and passive readers into inspired and active writers.

The Problem We're Solving
WRiTE BRAiN is not just the perfect supplemental program - it's the missing piece.
- Across the nation, writing scores lag far behind math scores, which speaks to a much larger issue. In a world dominated by digital devices, too many students have become expert scrollers, and swipers - consumers of information rather than creators of it. They text and speak acronyms in place of words.
- For too long, the primary focus in education has been on reading - at the expense of writing. While reading literacy is essential, the heavy reliance on digital reading platforms - especially in under-resourced communities - has not significantly improved outcomes, particularly for English/Multilingual Learners. Reclassification rates are at an all-time low with adopted core curricula not meeting the need.
WRiTE BRAiN is not just the perfect supplemental program - it's the missing piece.
Our Philosophy
TO MAKE READERS, MAKE WRiTERS.
A student can know how to read and not know how to write, but a student who can write has developed the critical thinking, comprehension, and communication skills to become a strong reader.
THINK ABOUT IT— There would be nothing to read if nothing had been written.

WHY WRiTE BRAiN WORKS
Every WRiTE BRAiN lesson plan, activity, and experience nurtures both literacy and social-emotional growth, building students' confidence as communicators and creators.
With our central curriculum, students work collaboratively and independently to interpret vibrant and fictional, visual narratives to develop original and layered written ones.
Through narrative, creative, and expository writing, students gain agency over their own authentic voices - and a newfound respect for the voices of others.
Built for Flexibility. Fueled by Innovation.
WRiTE BRAiN programs are standards-aligned, scalable across grade levels, and adaptable to diverse learning environments. Whether used during the school day as ELA and/or ELD, in afterschool hours, in Migrant programs, or as enrichment, our curriculum brings energy and relevance to literacy education.
